How do PUBLIC bikes arrive when shipped?
Our bikes are shipped 99% assembled in our custom 'Ready to Ride' box. You only need to straighten the handlebars and tighten the pedals using the included tools.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 14-day Love Your Ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do PUBLIC bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every PUBLIC frame and fork is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How do I choose the right bike size for my height?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Generally, our Small/Medium frames fit riders 5'2" to 5'8", while our Large/XL frames are designed for riders 5'9" to 6'3".
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to pay for your bike over 3, 6, or 12 months with competitive interest rates.
Can I add fenders or racks to my PUBLIC bike?
Absolutely. Most of our models come with pre-drilled eyelets, making it easy to install matching PUBLIC racks, fenders, and baskets to customize your commute.
